Our Mestský kľúč project took third place at the Innovation Circus hackathon in Trnava.
From brief to solution in twenty hours
We received the brief at 6 pm and handed in our solution at 2 pm the next day. In twenty hours, we had to understand the problem, design a solution and prepare it for presentation.
Our aim was to automate and simplify municipal staff workflows while making life easier for residents.
Mestský kľúč
Mestský kľúč is a booking system for municipal spaces and facilities. Residents can reserve a sports hall, playing field or another facility without visiting the municipal office or making a phone call.
Residents get convenient online bookings. Municipal staff get a clearer way to manage availability and reservations, making routine administration faster and reducing manual work.
What we take forward
Third place shows that even a short timeframe can produce a solution with a clear purpose and practical use. Thank you to the Innovation Circus organisers, mentors and all participants.
